CAT Combo Terms and Conditions 2024

1. This promotional offer is valid from the 1st of May 2023 at 8:00 am (AWST) until the 31st December 2024 at 11:59 pm (AWST). It applies to CAT® Power Tools combo kits purchased online or in-store at any authorised retailer promotional offer will run whilst stock lasts. No rainchecks.

2. Where merchandise is no longer available the CAT® Power Tools Australia team will swap for an item of equal value.

3. Requests to exchange or replace a tool in the combo packs outlined in the promotional advertising will not be accepted.

4. Request to exchange or replace a CAT® merchandise outlined in the promotional advertising will not be accepted.

5. No further discounts are applicable with this promotion.

6. If an item is no longer in stock the CAT® Power Tools Australia team will replace the item with a like-for-like item and the same recommended retail price amount.

7. Purchase amounts are inclusive of GST

8. All redemption claims must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.

9. CAT® Power Tools Australia team reserves the right to cease the promotion ahead of the final date at their discretion.

10. CAT® Power Tools Australia team reserves the right to modify the tools and pricing outlined in the promotional advertisement at their discretion.

11. Bonus items will be provided to purchasers via redemption only. All purchases must be registered with the CAT® Power Tools Australia team through email to cattools@crommelins.com.au to redeem the applicable item/s.
