To register your product, please complete the online form on our Warranty Registration page. You will need your tool’s serial number and proof of purchase from an authorised Cat® Power Tools retailer.
To qualify for the extended warranty, your Cat® Power Tool must be registered within 60 days of the original purchase date via our Warranty Registration page.
Eligible tools receive an additional 2 year extended warranty (in addition to the standard warranty period).
Please note: Batteries and chargers are excluded from the extended warranty offer, in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

Registration requires a unique serial number and valid proof of purchase from an authorised Cat® Power Tools retailer.

Over time, all rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity. Signs that your battery may need replacing include noticeably reduced runtime, difficulty holding a charge, longer charging times, or inconsistent performance.
If you have concerns about your battery’s performance, we recommend speaking with your authorised Cat® Power Tools retailer. They can help determine whether a replacement battery is required.
Charging time depends on the charger’s amp rating and the battery’s level of discharge before charging. Higher amp-rated chargers will recharge batteries faster.
